TOTS Bundesliga is free evolution
allowing you to significantly improve a Bundesliga map into a slightly more Meta option. The stat limits being in particular on speed, it will be possible to improve a card into a more Meta option.
Morality we are sure an evolution pretty averagewhich will still not be really interesting if you don't have the best options.

The best cards for TOTS Bundesliga
Here, the choice is quite limited due to the nature of evo, allowing only Bundesliga cards to be improved. We therefore tend to go for a complete player, with good playing styles and links to other Meta cards.

Our advices
Since evolution is free, we mainly recommend that you choose a player who can fit into your team without making a change or take a card that could serve as a super-replacement.
In terms of Gold cards, we probably have the two best options all cards combined with Goretzka and Coman. The German player becomes a solid box-to-box with a unique in-game physique, good stats and 5 weak foot stars. Far from its TOTS Moments obviously but for a free evo on a Gold card, it's impressive.
Among the Gold defenders, Grimaldo and Can are interesting if you are just starting out. The Spanish player will be a very good rising GM, even a piston, a bit like the role he occupies in real life. Can is also relatively complete, for an MDC rather than DC position.
Additionally, Coman is also a good option, with a 5-4 star rating, unique in-game physique as well as very good playstyles. While some stats are not ideal at this stage of the game (83 finishing, 85 calmly), the French player will nevertheless be more than playable, especially if you don't have a pack of good TOTS lately.
Among the special cards, there are few good options honestly. Undav and Füllkrug TOTW are pretty decent but outdated at this stage of the game, with physical profiles but weaknesses in stats.
