Where to find the new Phase 3 Thief runes in Season of Discovery
Here we list the different new runes available in Phase 3 of the Season of Discovery, for the Thief. Note that certain runes are not accessible in the same way for all races and factions.
At the launch of Phase 3, at least six new runes were added for each class but it is possible others were hidden by Blizzard.

Alliance and Horde side
Obtaining this rune essentially relies on your reputation as well as your wallet. By reaching the “Friendly” rank with the Emerald Guardians, you can buy the rune for 1 gold and 60 AP. It is obtained from stewards Kyleen, Valdane, Falinar and Alandra.

Kidnapper's Purse. With the medallion in your pocket, go find Jabbey at Steamwheedle Port, in 67, 22, to exchange the jewel for the rune.

Alliance and Horde side
Collect the quest The Wild Gods nearby Shadowtooth Emissary in Felwood. Then go to the Hinterlands, to Jinth'Alor, kill elite trolls to obtain a
Wild Whisper Brew. You must then head into the Sloughs of Razorbuck and clean the area around it.
Amnennar the Coldbringer. Use the brew to summon the Spirit of Agamaggan, who gives you a quest and
Agamagan's Roar.
With this item, you must now go to 3 dungeons to spawn a ghostly creature to kill. When she is present, the message “You sense a presence in the shadows” will appear in the chat. At this point, use the
Agamagan's Roar for the Delirious Ancient to emerge from the shadows. Each of them leaves you a Wild offering when he died.
Then return to the Shadowtooth Emissary to recover the rune.

Vilebranch Mask. Use Blindness

A long quest awaits the Thieves for this rune. Or more precisely, a long series of quests. You must first have completed the quest
Ravenholdt, the manor to have access to it.
At level 45, go to one of the large cities to receive a letter from Ravenholdt Manor. This starts the quest
Fool Me Twice who asks you to meet Fahrad at the mansion in the Alterac Mountains.
You then unlock a new quest, The Talisman of Kazdor. You will need to be alone at all times during this quest, even if it requires you to enter a dungeon. A special instance will be launched. Head to Zul'Farrak in Tanaris and look for two vases containing
Vile Concoction. Use the first one on the cauldron nearAntu'sulwithout leaving the Camouflage. Then collect a Offering of Bone in his bag.
Reach the
Witch Doctor Zum'rah and use the second Vile Concoction on his cauldron. Recover the Ward of the Dead in her business and equip her to discover a
Offering of Flesh. Combine it with theOffering of Bone to create a Blood Magic Essence. At the bottom of the steps of the pyramids, go right and climb the wall to find a chest which contains a
Hollow Emblem. Again, combine it with the Blood Magic Essence to make a
Emblem of Blood Magic. At the top of the pyramid, you will find a final chest containing the Talisman of Kazdor.
Once in your pocket, the quest Best Laid Plans sets off and sends you back to Ravenholdt Manor to find Zan Shivsproket in the basement. Show him Talisman of Kazdor to unlock the next quest, One Last Drop. Take him to Silverpine Forest, Pyrewood Village. Once the talisman has been deposited, the final quest begins, Binding Our Time. You will just have to return to Fahrad to obtain the rune and the cape Trickster Hood.
Importance of the rune : A very good rune which will nevertheless require you to be able to manage your energy well given the potential in Raids, especially within a group with a high critical score.

Alliance and Horde side
To obtain this rune, nothing could be simpler, head to the Blasted Lands and go to coordinates 45.3, 16.4. There you will find a tower. Climb to the top of the latter to find a chest (the latter takes a few minutes to reappear if a Thief has passed by there recently).
To open this chest, you will need to have raised your lockpicking skill to level 225. When you open it, a level 46 enemy will appear. Eliminate him to obtain the rune on him
Carnage.
Importance of the rune : A regular DPS gain linked to the use of your techniques and the presence of your bleeding, enough to force you to maintain your uptime!
The best addons to easily find runes in WoW Season of Discovery Phase 3
Some addons will show you the location of different Runes for your class or help you in your adventure. This will allow you to follow coordinates more easily, follow quests and find NPCs and loot items more quickly.
TomTom : a GPS but much more, TomTom will make it easier for you to find an NPC, a quest item or even resources. It will also show coordinates on your map, allowing you to get around more easily.
Coordinates by TomCat's Tours : will indicate above your map, the precise coordinates of your position, allowing you to follow the directions for the locations of quests or loots.
Questie : although the base addon should not reveal the Runes-specific quests, it will allow you to more easily chain together the different missions in WoW Classic.
