The best superhero news in a damn long time!

Great news for superhero fans. Better times finally seem to be dawning for fans of fighters with superhuman abilities. After Marvel brought one flop after another to cinemas, especially last year, and… Even the old DCU didn't really get off the ground anymore, there are now more and more positive reports. These range from the highly anticipated Deadpool & Wolverine to to the redesigned DCU with the newly minted Superman. But a recent piece of news is likely to cause real storms of celebration among the fans.

Where can you watch Invincible?

Invincible is an animated series based on the comics of the same name by Robert Kirkman, who also wrote the incredibly popular The Walking Dead. The story revolves around teenager Mark Graysonwhose father Nolan is a superpowered superhero.

Mark slowly but surely develops his own powers and gives himself the name Invincible. The series can be seen exclusively on Amazon Prime Video; season 2 only recently concluded. Season 3 has already been greenlit, but that doesn't seem to be the end yet.

How many seasons of Invincible are there?

Amazon Prime Video only recently confirmed that Season 3 of Invincible is already in production. Apparently, fans of the popular animated series can looking forward to much more supplies. According to current reports, the story surrounding Mark Grayson will not be over after the third season.

The evidence of this was for a short time on Republic's website to find. Actually it was first the crowdfunding campaign for a AAA game about Invincible in focus, which will be created in collaboration with Skybound. However, there was an interesting passage in the Q&A section.

Apparently Amazon already has Prime Video green light for seasons 4 and 5 given. This entry has now disappeared, but some resourceful fans were able to take a screenshot as evidence. But how much is there really to the matter?

What does Amazon Prime Video say about this?

An official statement from Amazon on this topic is still pending. However, the rumors do not come as a complete surprise. Robert Kirkman personally announced that some time ago Invincible received between seven and eight seasons could. Given of great successwhich the series has celebrated so far, an extension would therefore be no surprise.
