“Dwarves of Lunenberg” Overview

  • New map: Lunenberg
  • New Race: Dwarf
  • new weapon
  • New item: stone medal
  • And free updates!

New map: Lunenberg

Welcome to Lunenberg. This new map features 8 nights in the mountains. On one side, a huge cave opens, and on the other side, monsters rush in in a powerful swell across a bridge built by dwarves. This dwarf's map difficulty is between Glenwald and Elderlicht. Let's be careful.

Did I mention that one side is randomly generated for each run? Yes, it's randomly generated.

Lunenberg features completely new and unique features such as runestones and dwarf statues.

  • Runestones: Made of three different types (Ice, Fire, and Poison), when destroyed, they can only damage nearby monsters without harming the hero. Once destroyed, the stone regenerates in its original location.
  • Dwarf Statues: Four mysterious statues that stand on the Lunenberg map. Two are located very close to town and two are located quite far from town. They keep quiet, but once the final night begins, everything changes…

This time, instead of a terrifying boss emerging from the fog on the final night, a dwarf statue activates and uses mysterious arcane skills to power a giant swell of enemies, swallowing the heroes in an instant. Put it away.

On the 8th night, the Gates of Hell begin to open, Dwarf Statues (/b) gradually activate, and Decayed Runestones appear randomly on the map. A swarm of enemies increases in number with each turn. During the battle, the dwarf statue gives power to the monsters, who seek the rotted runestone, making the situation even more difficult for the heroes. You might be genuinely surprised by what happens on the final night…

New Race: Dwarf

Humans alone may not be able to defeat the fog. Then the dwarves stood up! Her hairstyle and face are new, but so is her (small) size! Make friends with new friends on the battlefield!

In addition to a special collection of perks for their species, dwarves also have their own passives:

“Throw Me!”: Ask a kind friend standing right next to you to throw you across the map, effectively slaughtering thousands of enemies. This story may remind you of a scene between humans and dwarves…

Below are examples of perks included in DLC:

  • The Voice of Time: The more a dwarf is hurt, the louder his cry that inspires his comrades to fight.
  • Look at my muscles: Dwarves expose their muscles to fight longer…that's the dwarf way.
  • Emergency Tunnels: Dwarves tend to rush headfirst into battle…but they can also quickly return to safety by tunneling.

Dwarves may be small, but they're tough! This will be reflected in the dwarf's stats if they move less quickly than humans, but they will gain block and heal in return.

At least one dwarf joins your team when you begin your Lunenberg run.

Other maps may or may not have dwarves on the starting team. When you go to a tavern, the chances of getting a human or dwarf hero are about the same no matter what map you're playing.

new weapon

Dwarves of Lunenberg adds three new weapons. These weapons were created to add variety to the gameplay of The Last Spell by adding perks to the weapon. Not only do weapons have unique spells, but each also has unique perks:

  • Trowel: Melee weapon. Once it reaches a certain point, it transforms into a long-range weapon.
  • Combat Shield: Melee Weapon. Accumulates damage and releases that power to the enemy in retaliation.
  • Cannon: A super powerful long-range weapon. Overheating risk and capacity cost changes are paired.

New item: stone medal

Along the same lines, we've also added a new item, the Stone Medal, which allows you to equip a completely new perk created specifically for medals. Stone medals can be equipped to heroes like any other decoration, giving players more complete perks specific to their strategy.

All of the perks available for stone medals are new and are not available on the hero's perks page. It can be obtained in the same way as other items (shops, bone piles, loot, etc.).

Update for free

In addition to the Dwarfs of Lunenberg DLC, we have a free update for all players with several new features:

  • Weapon Selection: Choose a weapon to add to your arsenal before the run begins
  • Old Medals: New items of cosmetics that use existing Tier 4 and Tier 5 perks.
