Microsoft has a difficult time with fans today. After the studio closed, the PR department caused further discontent with an unfortunate slogan.
This afternoon, Microsoft announced that it was closing some development studios that existed under the umbrella of Bethesda Softworks. This didn't go down too well with many players, as it also affected some studios that had created popular titles.

Unfortunate timing on Microsoft's part
However, Microsoft didn't cut a particularly good figure in terms of advertising today. Today, of all days, a new special version of the Xbox controller had to be announced. The advertising slogan “Feel The Burn Today” was chosen.
This was not well received in the context of these studio closures, even if this tagline was intended to appropriately underline the new controller in the fire design. However, fans felt that burn with regards to Tango Gameworks and Arcane Austinwhich closed today.
That's why Microsoft's PR department received a lot of backlash on social media. The employees were accused of lacking empathy because many colleagues had lost their jobs today.
Microsoft then removed the “Feel The Burn Today” slogan on official channels and opted for a more neutral announcement. You can do this too on the official blog recognize.

Accordingly, each red and orange swirl of color is meant to represent the blazing fire. On the back there are red, rubberized grips with a diamond pattern.
