Last month, NetEase unveiled Marvel Rivals, a future GST where two teams of six players will compete by controlling the cult heroes and villains of the House of ideaslike Overwatch 2 so the inspiration is obvious. No less than 18 characters were then confirmed, with the promise ofa closed alpha for this month of May. To end the week well, new information on this subject has been revealed. This version of the game will therefore be available from approximately 30,000 lucky players having registered from from Saturday, May 11 at 2:00 a.m. until Tuesday, May 21 at 10:59 a.m., but only located in the United States and Canada.

In addition to the list of already known characters, Hela will also be playable on this occasion through three distinct game modes called Convoy, Domination And Convergence. In terms of cards, two will take place on Yggsgard (Yggdrasill Path And Royal Palace) and another to Tokyo 2099 (Shin Shibuya), all with destructible environments. Other heroes and maps are obviously in development and could be included in future sessions of this kind, serving to obtain feedback in order to improve the experience.
Interestingly, it is stated that Marvel Rivals will be available only on PC for the closed alpha, suggesting that it could therefore appear on consoles since it has not been announced elsewhere and that it would therefore make no sense to carry out such precision. Furthermore, it is stated thathe will not be pay-to-win and the controllers can be used. The minimum configuration has also been revealed:
