Peaky Blinders is undoubtedly one of the most popular series of the 2010s and the beginning of the decade: we follow the rise of the Shelby criminal family in a post-First World War England, on years and years. Thomas Shelby, a magnetic character played by Cillian Murphy, is the leading figure of this escalation of organized crime which deals with numerous sociological themes successfully, without forgetting ultra-slick photography and a powerful soundtrack.

This seems obvious for a film that will end the story of Thomas Shelby and his family, but it has not yet been confirmed: “he will definitely come back for the film. We are shooting it in September, right next door in Digbeth” (a district of the city of Birmingham), said Steven Knight in the BBC program, about the return of Cillian Murphy. Phew, we are reassured.
For the moment, no official pitch has been disclosed but Knight affirmed in 2021 “that this would probably be the end of the adventure for Peaky Blinders as we know it.”
