Like every week, Microsoft is making Xbox games playable for free for a weekend for Xbox Game Pass Core and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members. This week, Railway Empire, Prison Architect and TramSim: Console Edition join the list of titles being tested as part of the Free Play Days.
The games are available now and playable until Monday, April 29 at 7:59 a.m. PT. Note that Assassin's Creed Mirage can also be played for free until April 30, but for a limited duration of only two hours.

As usual, if you decide to continue the experience, your progress will be preserved and promotions on the Microsoft Store apply to the different titles.
Railway Empire

Distribute your resources to maximize the efficiency of your complex, but maintain free flow in the event of a known flood, fire, fight or riot.
Tap into federal grant funding and use it to combat disease outbreaks, gang activity, litigation, and more!
Make sure your prison is *more or less* ethical and safe with quality staff, which includes armed guards, psychiatrists, doctors, lawyers, and informants.
Your prisoners with unique criminal histories require individual treatment programs, specific work schedules and rehabilitation workshops.
Try to escape from one of your maximum security prisons in Escape mode, or test one of the 12,000 player-created prisons in Online mode. Expand your empire infinitely in Free Mode.
TramSim: Console Edition
Urban transportation comes to life in TramSim: Console Edition! Enjoy a photorealistic experience and discover two iconic European cities, wherever you are in the world, by driving realistic trams on numerous lines. Stick to the schedule and take on unique challenges – there’s something for everyone!
Discover the heart of the beautiful city of Vienna, Austria, through 2 lines passing through numerous green spaces and near classic buildings. Board modern Flexity trams and retro Type E2 trams, and transport passengers with the unique R2.2b tram through Munich, Germany, where you'll admire many historic buildings as you travel along all 3 lines. Both cities feature dynamic road traffic and pedestrian behavior, as well as AI-managed tram traffic.
Accessible to all, everyone can have fun! Start with beginner mode, learn with the help of tutorials and master the art of tram driving. Passengers from Vienna and Munich await you in TramSim: Console Edition!
