Stats to favor in Evoker Devastation
Our hierarchy of secondary stats for a Raid Devastation Evoker takes into account the use of the talents listed at the top of this guide. The values change depending on your equipment as well as the content. Note that for a DPS, the item level is generally the most important since this determines the total intelligence, the strongest stat at this position.
Otherwise, mastery is the main stat. This increases the efficiency of
mastery.

If specializations have fairly clear differences between secondary stats, this is not always the case and each stuff is different. Enchantments for Evoker Devastation
Enchantments allow you to balance your stats (see above) and generally increase the effectiveness of your character. It is recommended to only add it to pieces that you plan to keep as little as possible. Also, be aware that it is possible to replace one enchantment with another, but you will lose the first one.
Consumables for the Devastation Evoker in Dragonflight
In terms of consumables to use in Evoker Devastation in Raid, some of them depend on the level in which you progress in Raid. So, under normal circumstances, it is generally not necessary to use premium consumables. On the other hand, in Heroic and Mythic, you will need to use combat potions as often as possible as well as all the usual necessities.
For the Flask (Phial in English), the latter only lasts 30 minutes but can be accumulated twice (i.e. a total of 1 hour).

Evoker Devastation, a good Raid DPS on Dragonflight?
As of Dragonflight patch 10.2.6, Devastation Evoker is a viable ranged raid DPS.
Devastation Evocator is effective in the majority of situations. If his DPS profile is more suited to aoe/cleave, the best players will be able to position themselves well as a single target. Despite its DPS potential, the specialization is limited by two elements. The first is the effectiveness of the Heal spec, which is currently a very good Raid heal and which also offers the buff Bronze Blessing. The second is its placement, which will mainly be melee.
