Hades 2 is taking Steam by storm

Although Hades 2 is far from finished, the early access version, which you can buy for just under 30 euros, is already a lot of fun: On Monday evening, over 70,000 players were already online in early access at the same time The Steam reviews are currently extremely positive at 98 percent.

People are not only happy that Hades 2 isn't exclusive to Epic this time, but they're also full of it Praise for the gameplay:

What can I say about Hades II? You take the formula from Hades, increase the variety of opponents significantly in the early access phase, take the effects and gameplay up a notch and you have the perfect successor. As addictive as the first part, the effects and “the new” make it feel even better. // PhoenixY2K

This game feels like Hades 1 (a great thing) but with very noticeable differences. The way your spell works (especially with Boons) feels completely different. So you already know it's fun

Tarot cards, witches' brew, spells, magic circles, the new enemies and especially the new first area are so damn witchy that it's an interesting twist on Hades. I really love it, it's super well implemented. // omar

One run and I go to bed. Another run. Another run. Last run. (5 hours later.) It's already late for bed, but I manage to squeeze in one more run before work. // TheAnatoly
