Two weeks after the update, the Japanese company submitted a video in which the community game aid is presented again using short scenes. Sony also points out that this means that all players – and not just PS Plus members – can call up additional help.
Help other players get through difficult spots
Community Game Help is not intended to replace the previous system. Developers are still able to provide appropriate tips to help players get through difficult spots in PS5 titles.
The community's help is intended to expand the system. As soon as PS5 users have activated the function, clips will be recorded in certain situations for compatible games, then uploaded to the PlayStation servers and checked by a team.
Once released, the video will appear as a public game help notice for PlayStation players to view and rate.

To enroll in the program, go to [Aufnahmen und Übertragungen] > [Aufnahmen] > [Automatische Aufnahmen] > [Community-Spielhilfe] and then chooses [Teilnehmen].
The Community Game Help offers various options. This allows you to set the maximum number of recorded videos per month. Participants also retain control over their contributions and can subsequently remove them.
It is also worth mentioning: The community game help works fully automatically in the background for content creators and only unedited gameplay material is used. Webcam, microphone or party chat recordings are left out. However, depending on the game, online IDs or chat messages may be visible.
There is no need to worry about storage problems: the recordings will be removed from the PS5 SSD after they have been uploaded.
