“It’s falling through”
The quest begins with Councilor Archie in the Council Tower in [4,-19] who advises you to go around the Astrub pond if you want to relax. Listen to it by choosing to “Follow his advice”. Then go to the edge of this pond,
[2,-20], where you will find Didier Jean surrounded by mercenaries. Talk to him, before telling him that you are going“Chat with the mercenaries”. Engage in conversation with the annoyed Mercenary, before finally speaking again with Didier Jean.

The latter, however, does not change his tone, and continues to proclaim loudly and clearly that this lake belongs to him. Return to Councilor Archie, in [4,-19], who tells you that he does not know the notary who signed the document. So go get Didier Jean in [2,-20] to tell him that Archie is waiting for him to handle this matter. During this time, you will have to look for that notary that no one seems to know.
A large-scale scam
And what better place to glean information than the tavern. Direction [6,-18] to find Tek Abir and him “Give the description of Master Larry Heux without mentioning him and ask if he is still around”.
