Anyone who chooses “reject” will be confronted with the fact that Netflix will cancel the existing subscription within the notice period. You don't cancel with Netflix, the streaming provider cancels you! This communication, which seems slightly aggressive, is a bit irritating.
Normally it works the other way around. You cancel with Netflix, Disney Plus, DAZN or Amazon Prime Video and the streaming provider virtually begs you to stay. With new possible discounts, with a list of exclusive content and with Expressions of love (“We will miss you!”) to the customers. You also have to confirm what feels like countless buttons.
The tone that Netflix is adopting here in the course of the price increase seems demanding, brash and somehow wrong.
