In the quest “Calculations Unable” in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you are tasked with helping EVE hack a console in the ancient ruins. You will receive this quest as part of the main story of the DLC “A Rift in Time”. We'll help you find all the ancient artifacts.
Find all 5 ancient artifacts
After advancing the Sunken Ruins quest, you will receive three side missions to complete the main quest. “Calculations not possible” is one of them. Speak to EVE and have her tell you that she needs various ancient artifacts. She will give you a map with the locations. If you still have difficulties finding the ancient artifacts, we can help you.

Ancient slate
To find the ancient slate, you have to… EVE's secret hideout near the ruins embarked. Then equip your fishing rod and fish for the item near the golden bubbles on the right. The following map marking shows you the exact location of the ancient slate.
Ancient dictionary
You can find the ancient dictionary in Gaston's camp. You have to destroy the stone shown in the following picture. The ancient dictionary then falls out and all you have to do is collect it.

Blueprint of an ancient processor
You can find the blueprint of an ancient processor near the docks. Enter that Space behind the waterfall and use your hourglass to find the blueprint. The following picture shows you which room we mean exactly.

Ancient processor crystal
Running across the courtyard and then to the right to the area of sand. There you have to equip your shovel and dig for the ancient processor crystal. Look for a crack in the ground that emits a golden glow. The following map shows you where exactly you can find the ancient processor crystal.
Ancient energy sphere
You will find the ancient energy ball on the small island in the wild jungle. You have to dig right next to the statue. You can recognize the correct crack by the golden shimmer. The following picture shows you the exact location of the ancient energy ball.
Find ancient materials and repair the processor
Next, the “Unable to calculate” task requires repair. In order to repair the ancient processor, you have to search for ancient materials with your hourglass. You find the parts anywhere on the Isle of Eternity with the hourglass level 0 or higher. You need the following items:
3x Ancient Gear3x Ancient Plate3x Ancient Magnet
With the materials and all five artifacts you then go to the Table of Time. Select the “Task” category where you should see a red dot. There you will immediately find the “Ancient processor” option. Select it and click “Create”.
The ancient processor goes into your inventory and you have to bring it to EVE next. You learn that an adapter is still missing so that EVE can finally hack the console.
Taking photos in EVE's house
In order to make the adapter, you need photos of EVE's technology. Of course she shoots it in her house. So go there and photograph the following objects:
Collect materials for the universal adapter
In order to make the universal adapter, you will need additional materials. You have to find or craft the following items:
10x Glass of the Oasis: Dig with your shovel in the Oasis, Frontier, Wastes and Steppe areas to find the material.15x plastic scrap: In the Land of the Ancients, fish in the places where there are no air bubbles.15x copper: Mine the copper-colored rocks throughout the Isle of Eternity.3x Mechanical Parts: You can make them at the workbench from 3x brass ingots and 3x bronze ingots (4x copper, 1x tin, 1x coal ore).2x brass bars: You can make it at the workbench from 6x copper, 4x zinc and 2x coal ore.
With these parts you now go to the workbench and there to the “Functional Items” tab, where you can select the “Universal Adapter” item. Click on “Craft” to make your selection and the adapter will go into your inventory. Go to EVE and give her the item to complete the mission “Calculations Unable”.
