On the other hand, he lost in the frame his career already two iconic roles that half of Hollywood would fight for. A new Geralt of Rivia has already been found for The Witcher. And the new Superman is now also making a name for himself. What's next for Henry Cavill?

Who will be the next James Bond?

The rumor mill has currently zeroed in on Aaron Taylor-Johnson. The 33-year-old Brit is a double Marvel hero and could be in Sony's Spider-Man Universe for the worry about the next brutal flop and has already impressed alongside Hollywood megastar Brad Pitt.

However, it has not yet been officially confirmed that Aaron Taylor-Johnson will actually succeed Daniel Craig as the new James Bond. The last movie with 007 came to the big screen in 2021 after numerous delays.

And it looks like the producing team wants to take all the time in the world to choose a successor. So it actually could a candidate other than Aaron Taylor-Johnson be. However, the most prominent one is now taking himself out of the running.

Will Henry Cavill be the next James Bond?

The character named character Gus March Phillips 007 creator Ian Fleming may have served as a template for James Bond.
