Wilhelmina is one of the characters you can romance in Dragon's Dogma 2. To do this, however, you have to complete her hidden quest “No Rose Without Thorns” and you have to pay attention to certain things. At this point we will guide you safely through the mission.
Start “No Rose Without Thorns”.
You meet Wilhelmina early on in the main quest in Vernworth. Make sure you complete the main quests “A Troubling Encounter” and “The Usurper” before speaking to Captain Brant about the Coronation Ceremony and beginning “The Feast of Deceptions.” Because the latter quest will cancel quests from Brant that have not been completed by then. This way you may miss the encounter with Wilhelmina and their later romance.

If you have completed all of Brant's quests and experienced the coronation ceremony, he will send you to Battahl, which starts the main quest “Nation of the Radiant Flame”. From now on you can begin Wilhelmina's hidden quest “No rose without thorns”.
To do this, go to the “Haus der Röschen” pleasure house south of the noble district. Run up the stairs here and then to Wilhelmina's room on the opposite side. Inside, go to the right corner where there is a small painting hanging on the wall. You can interact with this and move it so you can hatch into the next room.
After the cutscene and the conversation with Wilhelmina you now have three days to complete Wilhelmina's quest and find two pieces of evidence of Allard's crimes.
Find the first proof
Three days is more than enough time for the quest. Get moving first to Sven's chambers on the 2nd floor in Vernworth Castle. You already know this place from the main quests before. Sven will first give you the side quests “A Veil of Gossamer Clouds”, for which we also have the solution ready for you.

The third time you talk to him, he will tell you about Patrick's estate, which will also be marked on the map in the noble district. Speak to Patrick inside and agree to his suggestion to lure Allard out of his mansion just south of Patrick's mansion.
Now enter Allard's estate and go up the stairs and into the first room on the left. Here you can move a small painting and the murder report will appear. Collect this and then go to the trading district.
Find second proof
You can now either talk to Brant in the Starfall Inn in the evening to get a clue about the second piece of evidence, or you can Just run straight into the house directly west of the large Riftstone of Vermund. Here you will find the “Insights about Bribery”, which you can simply collect from the table.
Initiate Captain Brant
Now speak to Brant in the Starfall Inn in the evening and first give him the “Insight about the Bribery”. Then initially refuses his help and selects “Look for further evidence”. Speak to him again and give him the murder report.
In the subsequent dialogue, it is best to select “I would be happy to accept your help.” In this way, Brant will help you escape later after the attack on Allard. With the other option (“Please help, whatever happens.”), he won’t come and you’ll have to escape from the guards yourself.
Important NOTE: If you don't tell Brant about the evidence at all, you won't see the romance with Wilhelmina. She then ends up being arrested by soldiers and you don't see her again.
Start Wilhelmina's romance
Now return to Wilhelmina and give her the murder report. She then offers to help her assassinate Allard. To do this, you have to enter the room with Allard and then grab him with the R2/RT button so that he is thrown to the ground. After the cutscene, jump out the window.
Depending on how you acted with Brant before, he will now support you in escaping or you will have to take matters into your own hands. It's best to run to your house as quickly as possible if you already own it. Once inside you should have shaken off your pursuers. Rest here until the next evening.
Then visit Wilhelmina in the brothel again to unlock the romantic scene with her. You can watch them in the following video:
The next morning the quest ends and you get as a reward 1,200 XP, 8,500 G and the Ring of Kindness.
Important NOTE: If you only bring Wilhelmina the murder report but don't help her any further, you can talk to Rolf the next day in the brothel in front of Wilhelmina's room. He then tells you that Wilhelmina was arrested by the royal guards for the murder of Allard. The quest then ends at this point. The rewards are then 1,200 XP, 7,000 G and 3x Tiger Eye.
