When is Deadpool 3 coming?
Marketing for the new Deadpool film is currently being ramped up significantly. After all, the film is coming out on July 24, 2024 in German cinemas. A brand new trailer is also imminent for the fan base. A small teaser for the trailer may tell us how to interpret the motif of the poster.
Since the movie Logan-The Wolverine From 2017, Hugh Jackman was no longer seen as Wolverine. The teaser for the new trailer takes us on a little journey through time through various adventures of the X-Men legend. The last film with Jackman in the lead role is particularly relevant for the poster.
New poster for Deadpool 3
One of the posters for Logan showed the superhero's right hand being held by a child's small hand. It is probably X-23, a clone of Wolverine. This motif has now been borrowed for the marketing of Deadpool & Wolverine, albeit with notable differences.
In the new poster, Wolverine is wearing his iconic costume. What's more, we don't see a child's hand, but rather Deadpool's left forearm. He strokes one of the mutant's blades with his index finger. Of course, it still remains to be seen whether we will officially see Jackman in full costume for the first time in the new trailer.
