Bandai Namco Entertainment Germany, based in Frankfurt am Main, is the local marketing and sales office of Bandai Namco Europe, a world-leading publisher and developer of entertainment content for consoles & PC.
The following position is available at our location in Frankfurt am Main from June 1, 2024:

The field of activity includes the following tasks:
- Answering customer questions on external and internal platforms
- Support and coordination of presences as well as creation of organic and paid content for our social media channels and communication platforms, in particular Facebook, X, TikTok and Instagram
- Development of social media strategies
- Independent development and implementation of creative communication measures and events for our titles
- Support, maintenance and expansion of the existing community and community contacts as well as attracting new fan groups
- Collaboration with high-reach content creators/influencers as well as maintaining and expanding the contact network
- Supporting PR activities for our titles in collaboration with the marketing team, PR team and the agency network
- Performance monitoring, analysis and evaluation of community and social media communication as well as PR communication and reporting to marketing, sales and international management

- Experience in community management, social media or PR in an agency or company
- High passion for video games
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Very good knowledge of Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ideally, knowledge of media design, image and video editing
- A communicative, creative and solution-oriented way of working
- Interest in manga and anime is an advantage
- Teamwork skills
