Fallout is no longer just a game series. In a total of eight episodes you can now experience post-apocalyptic America in the form of a series on Amazon Prime Video. How strong and smart are the Fallout characters?

What level are the Fallout characters?
Of course, the values leave open the question of whether the characters have gotten a little better over the course of the series.
