Counter Strike 2 gets better

Among the most notable new features of Counter Strike 2, the possibility of changing the hand used to aim. And this even during the games. Players can now configure their preference to use left or right hand before rounds begin. With the possibility of modifying this choice during the game by pressing the H key. This feature offers greater customization and could influence game strategies.

The buy menu has also been revamped with the addition of a panel displaying weapons dropped by teammates in the buy zone. Allowing players to pick them up directly. Additionally, an indication of the minimum amount of money guaranteed for the next round has been added. Thus helping players plan their purchases more strategically.

Other changes

Map-wise, the return of Dust 2 to the Active Duty map pool is a notable change, while Overpass has been removed. Other maps like Inferno and Baggage have also undergone changes to improve the playability and readability of the environments.

Gameplay-wise, adjustments have been made to several weapons. The Zeus, for example, has had its movement speed increased and its attack cone adjusted, with its kill reward increased from $0 to $100 ($50 in Casual). Other adjustments include a reduction in the reward for kills made with the XM1014, from $900 to $600.
