To begin this spectacular quest, call upon your Ikran and fly towards the Upper Plains and notably the Arches of Remembrance, one of the first areas you passed upon arriving in this region, or simply teleport to the fast travel point Pastures nearby.
Once there, join Anqa at the Alliance Promontory under the second intact arch and follow the catastrophic cutscene that takes place there. Once this is finished, move forward through the rubble and follow the only possible path. Interact by walking with the remains on the ground, always following the north direction, then sneak into a cavity leading outside until you reach the Alpha drilling platform.

You will have to destroy the 2 control cables of the drill. To do this, the best thing is to go under the structure, go around it to the left and go up to the upper level using the freight elevator to avoid being spotted. The first box to sabotage is right next to there, going west on the same floor. Once this is done, go to the other side of the structure (towards the northeast), and climb two floors using the ramps. There, go to the top of the structure to find the second box to sabotage. Watch out for MPAs or humans on foot as you pass, but this should be done quite simply.
The next stage of the mission will require you to destroy the drill's control fuses. These are on the east side. The best thing is to go down three floors from the tower previously visited and stand in front of the drill, at the level of the large yellow pipes. From there you can shoot an arrow towards the fuses and destroy them.
At this point you will need to destroy the core of the drill. Several solutions, the battle side with the use of firearms to destroy the core as quickly as possible while being attacked by AMPs and other humans, or the calmer side by aiming with arrows at the right time. Indeed, with the core rotating, a hatch will temporarily open giving you intermittent access to the core. It's up to you to aim carefully to destroy it completely.
Once this is done, the drill is now out of commission, you will need to head northwest to reach the factory control center. The best thing there is to destroy the AMPs and kill the humans present to move around better. You will then need to reach the main terminal of the area, on the metal platform in front of the large building. Note that in this building, you will find quite a few objects, including a rocket launcher which can be useful later…

You will need to restore power to this terminal, by following the wires going down to the platform below and hacking the module there. Then go back up and use your SID on the power nodes under the main building to turn the terminal back on and allow you to hack it. Unfortunately, to be able to put it out of action, you will first have to activate probes in two different locations in the area.
Head south and find the first probe, going down into the hollowed out cavity and using your SID. Then, head east to find the second probe, this time well guarded by enemies that you will need to eliminate to activate this second probe. Finally, return near the main terminal and hack it to start a very intense and very difficult combat phase.
In fact, you will have to repel the GDR soldiers for almost 4 minutes, in waves, including flying vehicles, AMPs but also humans on foot. Be careful because your resources are limited in terms of treatment or special weapons, so take the time to restock beforehand and eliminate the enemies as quickly as possible using the environment. Do not flee or hide because they will attack the terminal making the mission obsolete, the latter containing valuable information wanted by the Resistance.
Once the countdown is over, take your ikran and find Anqa near the Promontory to complete the mission after a cutscene, triggering a new mission, Pressure build-up.
