Platinuming a game is no easy feat. There are many challenges to overcome, secrets to discover and tons of collectables to collect. And for those who would like to get 100% on Stellar Blade, be careful, because you can very quickly fall into disillusionment.

Although it is possible to obtain all the collectables during your first playthrough, this will not be enough to obtain platinum, since you will have to experience all the endings of the game. So, if we have any advice to give you is to take your time to improve the combat power of EVE, the heroine, but also to collect as many documents or memory chips as possible. So keep track of the choices you were able to make (there aren't many, so you shouldn't have to take out a notebook either).

Don't be afraid to start from an area with incomplete resource locations. Before leaving Eidos 7, in particular, you will notice that you will be missing many collectibles, including a Password and Memory Chips.

However, don't panic! Later, you can return to the Eidos 7 region, or even the other regions, to do a little exploration session to identify all the things you may have missed.

Get familiar with the Perfect Parry and Dodge system

On Stellar Blade, you will encounter a good number of opponents. Your survival is essential, so take the time to observe your opponents and learn their combat techniques to always be ready to retaliate at the right time. It's a long-term job, of course, but the mastery of distance, perfect parrying and dodging will be useful to you throughout your game. So, assimilate the different paterns of the Naytibas, notably the elites and the alphas, to survive and progress without incident.

There is no fire at the inn

The best advice we can give you is to complete one area at a time. There is no point in rushing, quite the contrary. Take the time to visit all the points of interest in each region, attach great importance to the completion of secondary quests and letters from the inhabitants, then above all let yourself be carried away by the story.

All of Stellar Blade's side activities are beneficial to EVE, as they unlock new merchants, useful for purchasing essential resources. The advantages of completing the missives do not stop there, since you will also be able to obtain a fairly substantial amount of gold and experience points to build your skill tree.

Know that the character we play gains in power, survivability and maneuverability as you grant points in the talent trees. So, in order to begin the fights against the final bosses with a certain confidence, we strongly advise you to take your time.

Invest your points correctly

Even though popular belief regularly states that “the best defense is attack”, in the case of Stellar Blade, this is fundamentally false. Keep in mind that battles essentially depend on your reactivity and your sense of observation. Power is not everything, on the contrary, it will sometimes even put you in complicated situations.

SO, we strongly advise you to invest skill points in the Survival treeand for several reasons.

The Naytibas, your opponents, certainly have attacks that you can parry with ease, but also skills and sequences that you will not be able to dodge other than by running for your life. SO, learning new methods of dodging or parrying is essential to survival. This is why we advise you to invest first in the Survival tree.

On the other hand, still consider investing points in unlocking new skills, then improving your Beta gauge (the one that allows you to activate skills). There's something good about wanting to survive, but dealing very little damage means you'll never get away with it either.

Break the crates

Although many resources can be obtained from chests, by completing quests or by eliminating opponents, wooden boxes have nothing to be ashamed of in comparison ! Indeed, crates are necessary to obtain vitcoins, the currency used to purchase cosmetic items, but also to stock up on manufacturing resources. So, don't hesitate to break them to collect all the useful elements for your progress.

In addition to crates, we also have chests, especially rectangular ones. These are essential for obtaining improvement resources. So, if you see that a rectangular chest is highlighted on your radar, focus on how you can open it, because many times you will not be disappointed !

• Even if the wooden crates have already been broken on your first pass, know that you will still be able to collect some resources, including a small amount of gold or additional vitcoins, when you break them again.

Beware of the message of no return

Last and final advice in our opinion: pay attention when the game asks you if you are sure you want to enter the zone of no return. Within this instance, at the end of the game, you will be confronted with a series of very tough bosses. Except that you will have no way to return to town or to previous regions. No quest can be completed to try to gain a few additional experience points and no merchant will be at your disposal to purchase improvement items.
