The month of February has come to an end, and the least we can say is that the year continued very strong for PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass! To convince you, we have collected various data on the games entering and leaving Game Pass in February 2024.
Game Pass in February 2024 in a few figures
During the month of February 2024, 16 games were added to the Game Pass catalog. As always, variety was key and we were treated to small titles like PlateUp! and Indivisible, or even AAAs like Dead Island 2 and Resident Evil 3. Note that we also include Madden NFL 24, a title integrated into the service via EA Play, and therefore Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. The release of version 1.0 of Inkulinati is also counted.

In total, these 16 additions represent a sum of 614.84 euros. For this calculation, we do not count the advantages (perks). When it comes to quality, the average Metacritic score is around 75.73, which clearly indicates that the additions are of quality overall. Here, to determine this average, we relied on the Metacritic Xbox averages, then PC if no console test was available. In the case of PlateUp!, no Metacritic average is available, so it was not included in the calculation.
Obviously, games were also withdrawn. In February, 4 titles were released from the catalog, including Soul Hackers 2 and Galactic Civilizations III. In total, this represents a value of 198.96 euros withdrawn from the service. The Metacritic average of these 4 games is equal to 79.5. For OPUS: Echo of Starsong – Full Bloom Edition, we relied on the Metacritic average of the PC version of OPUS: Echo of Starsong, since no average of the Full Bloom Edition is available.
