Dragonflight Outlaw Thief Talent Guide
These talents are recommended for fairly standard use in raids.

Stats to favor in Outlaw Thief
Our hierarchy of secondary stats for an Outlaw Thief in Raid takes into account the use of the talents listed at the top of this guide. The values change depending on your equipment as well as the content. Note that for a DPS, the item level is generally the most important since this determines the total agility, the strongest stat at this position.
Otherwise, Versatility is the main stat. However, the critical strike score is also very close in terms of value so it all depends on how many stats you have on one or the other.

Note that we recommend using software like Simcraft with RaidBots in order to test piece by piece, point by point, the DPS gain based on your equipment. If specializations have fairly clear differences between secondary stats, this is not always the case and each stuff is different. Enchantments for the Outlaw Thief
Enchantments allow you to balance your stats (see above) and generally increase the effectiveness of your character. It is recommended to only add it to pieces that you plan to keep as little as possible. Also, be aware that it is possible to replace one enchantment with another, but you will lose the first one.
Consumables for the Outlaw Thief in Dragonflight
In terms of consumables to use in Outlaw Thief in Raid, some of them depend on the level in which you progress in Raid. So, under normal circumstances, it is generally not necessary to use premium consumables. On the other hand, in Heroic and Mythic, you will need to use combat potions as often as possible as well as all the usual necessities.
For the Flask (Phial in English), the latter only lasts 30 minutes but can be accumulated twice (i.e. a total of 1 hour).
