In the general part of the talent tree
- It is possible to use shimmer
instead of Iceberg in order to adapt this talent tree to the dungeon or your gameplay.
Ring of Frost is very situational, if you don't want to play with it you can allocate the remaining point on
incantation to gain movement speed or even on
Energy to gain survivability.
In the Fire part of the talent tree
- No talent really seems optional here. The idea is to maximize your DPS while having survival and control adapted for MM+ content.
Stats to favor in Fire Mage
Our hierarchy of secondary stats for a Fire Mage in MM+ takes into account the use of the talents listed at the top of this guide. The values will change depending on your equipment as well as the content. The Fire Mage is clearly a great option among the ranged DPS for Season 4 of MM+ on Dragonflight.
