Here are the notes for update 39.2, released on Wednesday, April 17, 2024.
Legendary instances and engravings:
Instances no longer offer legendary engravings (gold) unless theinstance does not have a level set maximum, and they require players to be at this maximum level or up to three levels below to receive legendary engravings. This means that instances such as The Fate of Caras Gelebrin will only offer Incomparable Engravings (Teal) when the instance is at levels 141-149 in the future, but will be able to offer Legendary Engravings at level 150 If the instance in question is at level 150, players present when opening the chest must be between levels 147 and 150 to be able to receive legendary engravings. This is also the case for all historical level caps: you can complete an instance at level 130 to, for example, earn legendary Morgul engravings, but players present must be between levels 127 and 130.
General :
- The streets of Râhal Bakh
- Khashap's Chest now has a chance to drop a Level 4-5 Legendary Engraving.
- Storm Island
- Raghârik's Chest now has a chance to drop a Level 3-5 Legendary Engraving.
- The arena of Dahâl Huliz
- The Arena Champion Chest now has a chance to drop a Level 3-4 Legendary Engraving.
- The Depths of Mâkhda Khorbo
- The Worn Corsair Chest now has a chance to drop a Level 3-4 Legendary Engraving.
- The Forgotten Smuggler's Chest now has a chance to drop a Level 2 Legendary Engraving.
- Azagath the Shadow of the Sea and his crew are now more aggressive and responsive to players who enter the arena to confront them.
- Slamming Tentacle now throws rocks at random players if they stay alive too long (exact duration depends on instance level).
- Hakraph's Electric Shock now does much more damage and correctly deals damage to players near Crackling Intermediate.
- The Battle Arena Meta Feat “Battle Arena Feats” provides the correct rewards and ends correctly.
- The Algraig, men of Enedwaith, have planted a task board in Lhanoch where there are five new level 60 quests granting reputation to their faction. These tasks are also available at neighborhood task boards.
- Monsters with Skill Power costs were using too much power per skill use. These Power costs have been adjusted to be more suitable.
Classes
- Beorning's Sharpclaw Umbari armor (red set) once again restores Wrath over time, as it should have already done.
- Fixes have been made to Desperate Cries, Honey Purification, and Beorning's Bond of Trust as they were not working properly or inconsistently due to incorrect reporting on many skills.
- Brawler's Iron Fist Umbarie Armor 4-Piece Reinforcement will no longer trigger auto-attacks.
- Burglar's Sudden Diversion no longer resets the cooldown of On a Wire.
- Captain's Effective Mark should no longer deactivate when his target is temporarily weakened by the Sailor's Marked Enemies effect.
- Runekeeper's Fulgurite and Molten Runestone damage is now correctly classified as tactical: it will no longer bypass damage taken modifiers.
- Black Arrows Explosive Arrow once again deals its intended damage.
