FS Defense Academy is free evolution
allowing you to significantly improve a Future Stars Defender into a slightly more Meta option. Here, the choice is quite special since you will only be able to choose from cards given by EA.
Morality we are sure an evolution quite original and nicewhich really won't be very interesting for an already very solid team but which should give you a good super-replacement.

The best cards for FS Defense Academy
Here, the choice is quite limited due to the limits on evo, but the list of cards offered by EA is complete enough to offer some nice players. We therefore tend to go for a complete player, with good playing styles and links to other Meta cards.
Thus, we consider the following cards to be the best for using these evolutions. These are listed in order from best to worst.taking only the final result of the card into account:

Our advices
Since evolution is free, we mainly recommend that you choose a player who can fit into your team without making a change or take a card that could serve as a super-replacement.
Basic, this evolution is better than that of the attackers since it offers quite a few good cards. If none are really ultra Meta, it is possible that you can improve your training with the latter, especially if you have not been able to invest in big DCEs like Maldini, Cafu or even Saliba. Therefore, take the time to check if the cards fit into your team in terms of the collective.
For us, the best upgraded card is Geertruida, the Feyenoord player. It must be said that with 3 secondary positions, fairly Meta playstyles (Anticipation, Fight, Rapid) and complete stats, he will be able to play in DC or MDC without problem in quite a few teams. If you have the possibility of linking him in your eleven, he will be a defender of choice, relatively Meta for the coming weeks. A good alternative to all MDC/DC Gold (apart from a VVD) if you are starting FUT.
Garcia is a good option for the MDC player or in a three DC formation. Indeed, his height (1m82) will be a limit to his interest at high level, but the presence of the Anticipation style and his passing styles of play as well as his stats will make him a solid MDC.
Likewise, Gomez and Parisi will be quite complete and interesting in the role of a full-back capable of projecting a little. We're not in Meta maps but they will be more than playable for a while.
Cards like Kossounou, Wilms, and Assignon are a bit generic. The stats are pretty good but a few things aren't necessarily incredible. Additionally, Meta playstyles are relatively limited, which should make them less effective pretty quickly in FUT.
Typically, Svava FS is a bit of a tricky card because on paper, the player is 5-4 in stars with a good physique and some nice playing styles to spill out onto the wing and play a fullback offensively. However, his passing game is quite average, with no good style of play at this level. So you'll be able to dribble and create space but not really be able to take advantage of it… Likewise Beyer looks amazing but his high/high output and defensive styles won't make him a Meta option.
