This new horror game developed by a single person already promises to be deadly terrifying. A first gameplay trailer has just been shared, revealing how the game's main mechanic works: the use of speech to communicate with the dead.

Terrifying gameplay

Presented for the first time at the beginning of the year, the horror game supernatural has just been revealed in more detail with a first gameplay trailer shared on social networks as well as on the game's Steam page. Clearly designed to thrill players, Supernatural will put you in the shoes of an inspector who investigates the strange disappearance of a cleaning lady. To do this, we will have to uncover all the dark secrets of this mysterious affair within a haunted house. The software therefore presents itself as a mix between shooter and puzzle solving, but the gameplay has a particularity specifically designed to make you shiver.

Everyone will hear you scream

Already frankly creepy with its ultra-realistic graphics, Supernatural is also banking on a feature that is increasingly present in the genre with microphone support. In the same way as a game like Phasmophobia, but with presumably more subtlety, Supernatural should push the player to question the ghosts to learn more about this sad story. However, you will have to be careful not to overuse this feature, since the louder the player, the scarier the events of the game will be. A fairly original mechanic therefore, which could also allow access to the three different endings of the game. The release of Supernatural is scheduled for next July on PC. In the meantime, you can now add the game to your wishlist Steam.
