The Steam Next Fest (soberly called “Game Preview” in the German store) has once again started in the Valve games store. Until February 12, 2024, you will find a tile prominently on the homepage that leads you to over 1000 demos for games large and small. Many of them are new, but others were not published until the festival. For example, the demo for the German indie title is also there Children of the Sun (in the preview) even though it was released last week. There are also lots of live streams for the titles, some from the developers themselves, which are integrated on the respective product pages.

Various demos are again time-limited and will no longer be available after the end of the event – these can no longer be started even if you have downloaded them before the end of the event.
