In Endless Ocean Luminous you have to solve the 99 puzzles on the puzzle board as you explore if you want to see the end of the story. Curiously, the completion of the puzzle board is required from Chapter 5-1. This is quite a mammoth task and we would like to support you with our tips.
Overview of the puzzle types
At the beginning you have no idea what is required of you. As you gain more experience, you will slowly understand how the puzzle board is structured. It's less about puzzles and more about exploration. Here's what you need to pay attention to during your dives:

You have to 10 unknown creatures scan.There are total 21 coinsthat you have to find. The coins are hidden like normal treasures, so your treasure radar reacts to them. There are also 8 bottles, which you can find on shipwrecks. Read the contents of the bottle messages in the encyclopedia, which will give you a clue to a treasure. The treasure radar will help you find both the bottles and the treasures described. You also have to find antique squares Treasure chests find. Fortunately, the treasure radar also reacts to the treasure chests. You have to go to the Hidden Sea Stone tablets find and read. The treasure radar can't help you with this, so it's easy to miss the stone tablets.There are 10 secret placesthat you have to discover on your expeditions. There are 12 ancient discs with specifications. You have to interpret the clue and bring the correct sea creature to the disk. These are basically the only real puzzles on the puzzle board.
How to complete the puzzle board fastest
You can also play Endless Ocean Luminous alone, but then the puzzle board becomes a Sisyphean task. The game is clearly designed for multiplayer and you should take advantage of that. In multiplayer, all players reveal the map together and progress in the UL missions also applies to everyone. Solo it can take an hour until you discover an unknown creature, while in co-op mode the mission can be over after five minutes. Since only one random UL spawns per map, you have to go on dozens of expeditions just for that – it's a pain solo.
It's best to explore the Hidden Sea with friends, because you can coordinate better with each other during the treasure hunt and the other puzzle tasks. You can't rely on unknown players because they randomly place markers on the map that are of no help in completing the puzzle board.
One more note: The maps are randomly generated, but the individual building blocks are always the same. For example, there is only one type of ruin and they are always exactly the same. The coins, treasure chests, stone tablets, etc. are located in the same locations within the building blocks. So, for example, if you are absolutely sure that you have found everything important in the ruins, then you don't have to examine them every time.
