In addition, Bungie has launched its official website in Japan.updateAnd reported the details of the skill balance adjustment in the “final form”. This article summarizes the details of the new mechanic “Frost Armor” and its impact by class, as well as the details of the significant weakening of “Shining Well”, which has a major impact on gameplay after the “final form” (it was a must-have super in many situations), so if you are playing, why not check out the overview of the wide-ranging changes in preparation for the launch of the “final form”?

Wellspring has always had a fantasy core around its powerful heal-and-buff rift combo, providing a rallying point for fireteams when the going gets tough. In its current form, the heals and damage resistance it provides make it virtually invincible, significantly boosting fireteams' offensive power while removing other defensive options. As a result, Wellspring is shifting its focus to offensive power and the glowing effect will persist for a short period of time after players exit Wellspring. To accommodate this, we've significantly reduced its defensive power (both damage resistance and heal speed).

■ Shining Fountain

  • The glowing effect now lasts for 8 seconds after the player leaves the Fountain of Radiance.
  • Reduced survivability for players within the radius of Well of Radiance.
    • Health heal per second reduced from 100HP to 50HP (equivalent to 2 stacks of heal).
    • HP recovery upon activation increased from 40HP to 300HP.
    • Damage resistance against non-boss combatants reduced from 40% to 20%.
    • Damage resistance against boss combatants reduced from 40% to 10%. Note: Damage resistance against enemy players remains unchanged.
    • The maximum number of Orbs of Strength gained by killing targets within the Well of Radiance radius has been increased from 4 to 5.
