Microsoft and AMD today jointly announced the integration of AI and Pluton in the Ryzen Pro series

Briefly informed. Microsoft and AMD each published an article today announcing the mobile and desktop AI PCs with the new AMD Ryzen PRO 8040 series mobile processors and AMD Ryzen PRO 8000 series desktop processors.

This is mainly about professionally used laptops and PCs with Ryzen PRO CPUs. In addition to the “normal” CPU, these also offer the GPU and a dedicated on-chip NPU, which is more powerful when it comes to AI (artificial intelligence).
