Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will be released in 2024 and will be even bigger and more beautiful than its much-loved predecessor. The developers of Warhorse announced this on April 18th, after they had previously fueled the rumor mill themselves.

The reveal, including the first trailer, sparks a lot of enthusiasm. We're collecting people's reactions – and of course we want to hear your opinion, which is why we've attached a small survey at the bottom of this message. Please vote diligently!

A lot of cheering and a bit of skepticism

At Reddit, X (formerly Twitter) and Co., many fans are happy that a new, really big knight simulation is finally coming soon: with single player, story focus, lots of decision-making options and numerous realistically simulated non-player characters that are supposed to bring the world to life.

However, some are worried about how much the game will demand of their computer. Reddit user Iggy_Slayer writes:

After Dragon's Dogma 2 and now this, I expect CPUs to go on strike at the end of the year because of brutal working conditions.

There are also different reactions to the revelation of the sheer size of Kingdom Come 2. While some are happy about an even larger and more complex medieval world, others want smaller games. For example, Reddit user McFistPunch, who starts a discussion about it with this post:

Why does every game have to be huge? The first game took me about 70 hours and that felt like more than enough. I don't think you have to make games as big as they possibly can.
