Just last week the optional update for Windows 11 and now the new optional update also follows for Windows 10 22H2. Microsoft provides KB 5036979. This increases the version number to 19045.4353. It's quite a jump.
The update is currently being distributed via Windows Update in the RP channel. Around April 23rd it will then be distributed to everyone. This time too there are corrections and improvements. Well then we want:

- New! This update begins rolling out account-related notifications for Microsoft accounts in Settings > Home. A Microsoft account connects Windows to your Microsoft applications. The account also secures all your data and helps you manage your subscriptions. You can also add additional security steps to prevent you from being locked out of your account. This feature displays notifications in the Start menu and Settings. You can manage your preference notifications in Settings > Privacy and security > General.
- This update resolves an issue affecting app licensing. This is why Copilot in Windows (in preview) doesn't work as you expect.
- This update fixes an issue that occurs when your device restores from Modern Standby mode. It may be the stop error “0x9f DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE” occur.
- The update fixes a race condition that can prevent a device from starting. This occurs when you set up a bootloader to boot multiple operating systems.
- This update affects media allocations. It improves their memory granularity for some hardware configurations. This reduces overcommitment. In addition, the performance is more efficient.
- The update resolves an issue affecting the management path for an accelerator's backing store. A memory leak is occurring affecting some devices.
- This update brings the Country and Operator Settings Asset (COSA) profiles up to date for some mobile operators.
- This update resolves an issue affecting the Container Network Address Resolution Protocol (ARP). It returns the wrong Virtual Subnet ID (VSID) for external ports.
- This update affects Hypervisor Protected Code Integrity (HVCI). It accepts drivers that are now compatible.
- The update includes quarterly changes to the Windows Kernel Vulnerable Driver Blocklist file, DriverSiPolicy.p7b. It adds to the list of drivers vulnerable to Bring Your Own Vulnerable Driver (BYOVD) attacks.
- This update resolves an issue affecting Protected Process Light (PPL) protection. You can work around this.
- The update fixes an issue affecting some wireless earbuds. Bluetooth connections are not stable. This issue occurs on devices with April 2023 firmware or later.
- This update resolves an issue affecting the Distributed Transaction Coordinator (DTC). A memory leak occurs while retrieving mappings.
- The update resolves an issue affecting Windows Local Administrator Password Solution (LAPS). The post-authentication actions (PAA) do not occur at the end of the grace period. Instead, they run on reboot.
- This update makes some changes to Windows Search. It is now more reliable and it is easier to find an application after installing it. With this update you also get personalized app search.
