The next actor for the second season of “The Last of Us” has been confirmed! HBO Max announced today that Jeffrey Wright will play a role.
The 58-year-old will play the character he portrayed in the original “The Last of Us Part 2”. He is talking about Isaac Dixon, the ruthless leader of the Washington Liberation Front. This is one of the two groups whose conflict plays a major role in the game.
Wright was responsible for both the motion capture and the voice acting of the character. Now he gets to play his character in the series of the same name. There definitely couldn't have been a better choice.
In the game, Isaac only appears in two cutscenes, so many fans are hoping for more screen time in the series to explore his character in more detail.
By the way, there was Merle Dandridge In the first season, an actress who had already played her character in the game. This is Marlene, the leader of the Fireflies.
