More than 20 years ago, one of my absolute favorite games, Age of Mythology, was released. With an extended edition on Steam, the masterpiece now also runs on modern PCs. The game is currently reduced by a full 75 percent and therefore costs less only 6.99 euros. For an additional charge you will also receive the Tale of the Dragon expansion. Steam does not specify when exactly the offer will expire.

Age of Mythology is a spin-off of Age of Empires. However, while the main series remains on the path of known human history, the spin-off becomes much more mythical. The playable Greeks, Egyptians, Vikings and Atlanteans not only lead human soldiers into the field. Mythical beasts such as also fight on the battlefields Cyclops, phoenixes, mountain giants and even powerful titans. With the Tale of the Dragon expansion, the Chinese world of gods is also added.
