After long weeks of development, The Forge Falcons finally revealed in video the map on which Helljumpers will take place. The studio specifies that this is absolutely not representative of the final rendering and that additions and changes will obviously take place between now and the launch of this intriguing experience.

All Spartans will be able to enjoy it for free starting in June. The Forge Falcons is aiming for a release at the beginning of the month, but has not ruled out giving itself a few more weeks.

Before that, during the month of May, a gameplay trailer will be shared, while small teasers will continue to be broadcast. Remember that the developers used the Halo Infinite Forge, which means that Helljumpers will be available for free on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store.

How does Helljumpers play?

Even though players are waiting for the gameplay trailer to get a concrete idea of ​​what to expect from Helljumpers, The Forge Falcons has already shared a ton of details. Much like Helldivers, Helljumpers is a PvE experience.

Due to technical constraints related to the Forge, the studio was forced to imagine the Helljumpers experience in a single campaign mission. A team of Spartans will thus be launched into the field multiple times and will take time off to improve their equipment.

Secondary and main objectives will be included and the studio has specified that missions will be entirely scripted. Players can expect “absolutely terrible battles,” as well as expertly crafted cutscenes.

Helljumpers will have an end, but to complete it, you will need between 2 and 3 hours of play, contenting yourself with only the main objectives. By doing secondary school, the lifespan will be around 5 hours.
