This Game of Thrones spin-off has been canceled
Not long ago there was the sad news that the planned spin-off series about Jon Snow had finally been put on hold. But that's not the only production from the Game of Thrones universe that won't make it to the screens.
Among other things was a series with the working title “10,000 Ships” planned. This should take care of Princess Nymeria of the Rhoynar The story would have been set many years before the events of House of the Dragon – at the height of the Valyrian Empire. But unfortunately nothing comes of it.
As author Brian Helgeland reported in an interview with Inverse magazine, his concept for the spin-off series “10,000 Shops” was rejected. According to him, his vision for the series may have changed too far from the original columns and was therefore not taken into consideration.
However, he does not rule out that the decision-makers could return to the project at a later date.
When can the GoT series A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms be seen?
It is currently not assumed that A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms before the end of 2025 will be seen. We don't yet know exactly the start date for the new spin-off series. However, the makers are likely to take some time since the main actors have only just been found and filming has not started yet.
