What happens in “Goodbye Earth”?

A huge asteroid is hurtling towards Earth and Korea is in the middle of the celestial body's impact area. Therefore, the Korean government declares a state of war, whereupon chaos, followed by violence and crime, breaks out. People are divided into two camps, those who are preparing for the impending doom and those who believe it is all a gigantic conspiracy.

In the midst of all this chaos, the paths of several main characters cross, including the teacher Se-Kyung (Ahn Eun Jin), who does not shy away from vigilantism to protect her still-living students.

Who streams “Goodbye Earth”?

“Goodbye Earth” premieres on Friday (April 26). Netflix. The dystopian sci-fi series is available “free” to everyone who has subscribed to the streaming service.
