Early Access for PC has officially started

It was hinted at last, but now it is reality: Hades 2 is now available on the PC Early access available. Developer Supergiant Games has thus begun the paid test phase for the successor to its most successful game to date.

During the technical test, which ended on April 29, 2024, the developers announced that it would not be long until the second part was released. Now the switch has been flipped and everyone who wants to play Hades 2 from the start has the opportunity to do so. We'll take them for you important information together.

Hades 2: How much does Early Access cost?

Hades 2 has been available since May 6th Steam and in Epic Games Store can be purchased and is initially available exclusively on the PC. The cost point is 28.99 euros, making it a little more expensive than the first Hades.


In the FAQ, developer Supergiant Games says that when version 1.0 is released, the Price will still rise could. However, this has not yet been set in stone.

Content: What is already playable?

Hades 2 is not quite as unfinished in Early Access as its predecessor was. According to the developers, the roguelike “already has more regions, enemies and English-dubbed characters as the first Hades.” However, not all of the content has been finalized yet, meaning it may happen that you reach an end at some point.

In addition, the team continues, Hades 2 is not yet so developed that they can no longer respond to player feedback. After all, this is an important part of your own Early Access philosophy and we want to continue to take this to heart.

The current plan is to do it every few months new, big update will be published. However, the first patch will take a little longer because you now want to collect the first feedback and evaluate it gradually.

When will version 1.0 be released?

Although it has only just been released in early access, the question naturally arises: When will Hades 2 be complete? There is currently no exact answer to this. However, according to the Steam FAQ, the roguelite will have its current status at least until the end of 2024, but probably a little longer.

However, it sounds like you finished version of Hades 2 you can hold it in your hands much quicker than was the case with Hades. We will of course keep you updated on this.
