More and more video games are trying to target a wider audience by integrating elements from different universes. Sometimes they do this by directly adding characters from other licenses, and other times in a slightly more subtle way. This is the case of this video game which has a dream cast for the release of its latest update.

A final update for this video game
If you have followed the stories surrounding Xbox and their strategy of exporting a few Game Pass games to other consoles, you will be aware that the video game Grounded is coming back to the forefront at the moment. In fact, just a few days ago, it is now possible to play Grounded on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 in addition to the Xbox and PC versions. On this occasion, the developers at Obsidian have decided to release their latest content update entitled Fully Yoked.
Unfortunately for early fans, this update will be the very last content update integrated into Grounded. Rest assured though, the game will continue to be closely monitored in order to correct bugs and provide a little balancing when necessary. Among the new features introduced by Fully Yoked, we note the highly anticipated arrival of a New Game + mode which should allow true infinite replayability on the cooperative title. Playing in this mode will also allow you to unlock new things like infused weapons or the Yoking Station to improve your equipment beyond level 9. Before getting there, know that the update also introduces some new features for everything the world as the presence of a new creature: the ant queens.
An exceptional casting for Japanese voices
Whether you've already played Grounded or not, you'll quickly understand that Obsidian's game is very inspired by some iconic films like 1001 Paws, Honey I shrank the kids or even Arthur and the Minimoys. Indeed, in this game, you play a group of teenagers who have been reduced to the size of ants and who seek to understand both why they suffered such a fate, and how to return to their normal size. As such, it is not really surprising that Grounded draws on other elements of pop culture to attract new players. On the occasion of the game's release on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, Obsidian revealed that the characters would be able to benefit from a new dubbing in Japanese:
We're excited to announce the Japanese voice cast for Grounded!

If you're the type who likes Japanese games, manga and especially their animated versions, some names might mean something to you. Indeed, the cast of actors chosen for the Japanese version of Grounded is made up of some stars who worked on Naruto, Persona 5 or My Hero Academia. Westerners can rest assured: if you want to be able to enjoy this exceptional casting, you can also do so! Indeed, since the Fully Yoked update, Grounded players can change the character's voice acting language to Japanese from the options. If you are the type who prefers these voices, you know what you have to do!
