The 22-year-old said she was a fan of the HBO series. After she found out that she could take part in the second season, she played the second part. According to her, the game was “a great experience” and she had a lot of fun.

Merced also talks about a stunning connection with Neil Druckmann and Craig Mazin. She is particularly fascinated by the latter showrunner and describes him as her “favorite guru” in life in general.
She then devoted herself to Bella Ramsey. The American says that the chemistry between her and the Ellie actress was right from the start.
Isabela Merced on her colleague: “I'm so excited for people to see my chemistry with Bella. Bella and I have so much chemistry. She was there from day one. There is no work that we have to do. I really respect Bella.”

She really learns a lot while filming and feels honored to be able to take part. You'll find out next year whether Merced can convince as Dina. Filming will start sometime in 2025.
