Xbox Cloud gets browser support for keyboard and mouse

With the May update, Microsoft is expanding cloud gaming and letting players who access cloud games with the Edge and Chrome web browsers play with a mouse and keyboard. The function is initially available for 26 games.

Later this month, games that support this option will also be available for selection via the Xbox app on PC, Microsoft writes on the Xbox News Wire. They are marked with a badge.

If necessary, it is possible to switch between the keyboard-mouse combination and a controller at any time. All you need to do is press any key on the keyboard or the Xbox button on the controller.

New features for PC gaming and Xbox app on PC

The launch of “Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2” is imminent, even if the manageable marketing doesn't give the impression. The title will launch in parallel on PC and Xbox consoles on May 21, 2024, prompting Microsoft to make further revisions.
