No Baldur's Gate 4 and no expansion either: Larian Studios made it clear some time ago that they would not be continuing their most successful game to date. Instead, the Belgian development team is currently working on it two new projectsone of which already “looks and feels really good.”
At least that's what Larian founder and creative director Swen Vincke claims in a new blog entry on the upcoming update Baldur's Gate 3. Accordingly, it lies Future of role-playing experts in new realms, even if no details can be revealed yet.
