At the start of the new week, those responsible at Housemarque are causing new speculation about the future of the “Returnal” brand. In detail, it could be an imminent announcement.
With “Returnal”, the Finnish development studio Housemarque released a rougelite shooter for the PS5 in April 2021, which was well received by the community and critics alike.

An implementation for the PC followed in February of last year. After those responsible at Housemarque have repeatedly indicated in the past that they would like to return to “Returnal”, the Finnish studio has now provided new speculation and plenty of things to talk about.

Even if the release of the PS5 version of “Returnal” marks the third anniversary tomorrow, Tuesday, April 30, 2024, the unveiling of a successor seems rather unrealistic.
