The year 2024 is slowly coming to an end, time for the annual PlayStation wrap-up. As Sony has now announced, the popular annual review with numerous statistics will be celebrating its return this year.
It's the beginning of December and slowly but surely the gaming year 2024 is coming to an end. But how many games actually ended up on your own console this year? How many hours were spent in front of the screen and what achievements were achieved? Sony will soon provide exactly these answers with its annual PlayStation Wrap-Up.
Your gaming statistics for 2024 in review
The comprehensive and universally popular review will take place again this year as usual. As Sony has now announced, the PlayStation Wrap-Up 2024 will be available from next week – more precisely from December 10, 2024.
Like every year, PlayStation players can look forward to all sorts of personal statistics. This includes, among other things, the top games played, the biggest trophies and also the monthly facts about the previous gaming year 2024.
Interested players should keep a closer eye on their email inbox starting December 10th. Sony will then publish the relevant links so that they can finally be shared with the whole world.

PlayStation celebrates its 30th birthday
In addition to the PlayStation Wrap-Up 2024, Sony is also celebrating the 30th anniversary of the PlayStation this year. In line with this, the manufacturer launched, among other things, an extensive 30th Anniversary Sale in the PlayStation Store. An atmospheric trailer also looks back on the biggest PlayStation highlights of the past 30 years – a thank you from Sony to all players for their many years of loyalty.
As a little extra, a new update for the PlayStation 5 brought a little nostalgia to the console and donated Designs in the look of the old PlayStation systems – The original boot screen of the PS1 was included as a bonus.
The rumors about a PlayStation 30th Anniversary Showcase Unfortunately, this did not come true. There is the opportunity to experience new surprises in the PlayStation Advent calendar every day.
The participation campaign offers those interested, among other things, a quiz, memory, surveys and of course lots of prizes to be won. Not a bad way to bridge the wait until PlayStation Wrap-Up 2024.
