Microsoft is daring to experiment – this controller breaks with the usual Xbox design.
A leak from Brazil is causing a stir in the gaming world and shows what Microsoft is working on behind the scenes. A report from the website Tecnoblog reveals Pictures of a completely new Xbox controllerwhich is specifically designed for cloud gaming. The design radically breaks with the familiar form and is more reminiscent of accessories for smartphones than of a classic console controller.

The leaked Xbox gamepad has an unusually elongated format and, according to the documents, will come onto the market in black and white. It is equipped with a 500 mAh battery, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi 6 support, which indicates purely mobile use (source: Tecnoblog).
The authenticity of this controller has already been confirmed by Jez Corden, a well-known industry insider. Microsoft seems to primarily want to improve the gaming experience with Xbox Game Pass on smartphones. This would allow Microsoft to further lower the hurdles for gaming via the cloud and offer optimized, official and more portable hardware for on the go.

Xbox Elite Series 3 controller also leaked
In addition to the cloud gaming model, a second controller that looked much more familiar in comparison also appeared in the documents. There are many indications that this is the long-awaited one Successor to the popular Elite Series 2 acts.

The images show a design that is closely based on its predecessor, but is equipped with two new scroll wheels on the bottom. This detail suggests new customization options for professional players.
However, it is not yet known when the two new Xbox controllers might appear and what they will cost.
