VIC GAME STUDIOS launches first official "Black Clover Championship 1st" PvP tournament

VIC GAME STUDIOS JAPAN will be holding the first official PvP tournament “Blacromo Championship 1st” in the app game “Black Clover Mobile: The Road to the Wizard Emperor The Opening of Fate” (hereinafter referred to as “Black Clover”) based on the TV anime “Black Clover”. An overview was presented. This tournament uses the real-time arena function to determine the strongest mage.

The first official tournament for “Blacromo”, “Blacromo Championship 1st”, will be held. “Black Chrome Championship 1st” is a competition to determine the strongest mage using the real-time arena function. Out of a maximum of 128 participants, 8 people who pass the preliminary round will advance to the final round and compete for the title. Real-time arena is a new feature that allows battles in the existing arena format to be conducted in real-time. You can enjoy realistic PvP battles between mages who are logged in to “Blacromo” while considering their next move based on the opponent’s choices. The right to participate in the tournament will be on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to meeting the participation conditions. You can apply to participate using the application form on the official forum.

[Tournament schedule]
In the preliminary round, a total of 8 people who placed first in each block will advance to the final round.

Block placement, opponents, etc. for the preliminary rounds will be announced at a later date after participation applications are closed.

[Participation conditions]

1) Be a Japanese service user of “Bura Kuromo”
2) Have been promoted to a higher league at least once in the Arena regular season.
*Applicable until promotion as of 04:00 on Monday, December 18, 2023
3) Participation application is limited to one account per person.
3) Check, understand and comply with all tournament rules and regulations.
4) Must be able to participate in the tournament schedule for qualifying and finals.
5) Agree to video recording and publication of battles in the preliminaries and live broadcasting in the finals.
6) Ability to communicate smoothly with tournament management staff and other participants in Japanese
7) Be a resident of Japan
8) Must be able to use the Discord service
*Discord service will be used to proceed with the tournament.

*Among the applicants, if there are any deficiencies in the participation conditions or application form, you will not be able to participate in the tournament.
*If someone does not participate before the qualifying date, we may ask for participants again.

[Win/Loss]

Qualifying: Individual matches will be held using the best-of-one rule using the real-time arena function.
Main match: A best-of-two match will be held using the real-time arena function with individual matches.
*Tournament management staff will check the log. If a false application is discovered, the applicant will be disqualified.
*If a problem occurs, such as an opponent not appearing after the time has passed, the winner will be decided based on the judgment of the tournament management staff.
