Uze Bold Power Bank Review: Complete Portable Charging

Uze Bold Power Bank

Portable chargers have become more flexible over the years, providing more ways to charge all of your devices. Uze Bold Power Bank embodies this, but at a high price.

When you first look at the charger, you might think that it only charges via USB ports, but its wireless charging capabilities are a nice Uze trick up its sleeve.

If you can save on the high price of the Uze Bold Power Bank, then this is a great portable charger that offers many different options for charging your devices. With or without a wired connection.

Design Uze Bold Power Bank

Uze Bold Power Bank is not small at all with a 192x87x30mm case. The trade-off is that you get a lot of power and different ways to charge your devices.

The Bold Power Bank has a clean, top-down design that is accompanied by four charging ports – two USB-A and two USB-C – at the top. The case is made of aircraft-grade aluminum and tempered glass, resistant to scratches and impacts.

Beneath the ports is a small OLED screen that displays the charger’s power output and battery percentage. The battery percentage is displayed in numerical form and with a battery icon symbol.

Below the screen are two plus icons. At first, you might think that these are buttons, but in fact they are for wireless charging of tablets.

The portable charger contains a 27,000mAh/100Wh battery with a lifespan of up to five years. It can also be charged up to 2000 times.

Since the battery is large, it may take some time to fully charge it. It is best to turn it on at night so that in the morning it is fully ready for work.

The Bold Power Bank includes protective protection that protects against overcurrent, voltage problems, high temperatures and short circuits.

Uze Bold Power Bank is charging

Uze Bold Power Bank has several ways to charge your devices with or without a wire. You can charge up to six devices simultaneously with all available power output options.

The main and fastest way to charge devices is through four ports located above the OLED screen.

USB-A ports can output up to 22.5W, while USB-C ports can output up to 100W. The USB-C ports can also draw 100W of power.

The total maximum power that the battery can deliver is 260W.

Under each port there is a letter partner with a number that allows you to determine on the OLED screen how much each port is currently outputting.

Below the OLED screen are two plus-shaped icons that represent chargers for your iPhone and Apple Watch. The closest to the screen, which is slightly recessed into the case, is the 5W Apple Watch Charging Pad.

The other charging pad is Qi-certified and can deliver up to 15W of power, but it’s also compatible with MagSafe.

If you have any MagSafe-enabled device, it will attach tightly and magnetically to the Bold Power Bank, play the MagSafe charging animation, and begin charging your device.

The Bold Power Bank is powerful enough to charge your laptop without any problems.

Big weight, heavy functionality and high price

Uze Bold Power Bank is a powerful portable charger that allows you to charge multiple devices at the same time and also gives you different options on how you want to charge them.

The sleek and flat design is complemented by a mini OLED display that shows you the power output from the ports and how much battery power is left.

There are portable chargers that can charge your devices wirelessly, but few are compatible with MagSafe. Connecting your MagSafe-compatible device securely to the Bold Power Bank ensures that your device doesn’t move while charging or lose connection.

The inclusion of a dedicated Apple Watch charging stand also means you may never have to carry an Apple Watch charging cable with you again. This is useful for people who go camping and want to charge their Apple Watch but don’t want to carry around a bunch of cables.

However, avid campers might think twice as the Bold Power Bank is not water or dust resistant.

The disadvantages of the Bold Power Bank are its weight and price. The battery pack costs around $300 and you have to pay a lot for it, it’s easy to argue that a price closer to $200 might be more appropriate.

But for the price you pay, you get premium charging features.

This power bank is not designed to be a portable charger that you can take with you everywhere. But it’s a good choice if you’re planning to travel or stay somewhere and don’t want to lug around a bunch of cables.

It can be a portable charger or a universal charging station for all your devices.

The Uze Bold Power Bank is a great power bank if you need a lot of power while traveling and are not worried about the cost. It can charge almost all your main devices with or without a wire.

No matter how you charge, you can be sure that your device will eventually be fully charged safely and reliably.
