Go in search of the missing caravan via “Echoes from the Past”
As we just told you, the next-gen update of Fallout 4 not only included better graphics performance, but also new quests! Among the latter, You will find “Echoes of the Past” in your journal when launching the game after the update.
The first step will be to go to the location of the missing caravan. We have obviously indicated this to you on the map below. Once there, you will find blood on the ground. Follow him and you will come across an Enclave clan.
They don't necessarily seem happy to see you and a fight will ensue. Eliminate all the enemies there and also go to the computer level. On the latter, you will need to download the transponder frequency.
Once that's done, head in the direction of the Luminescent Sea as indicated to you on the map below. Once there, use your radio to activate the Enclave's transponder. Then simply follow the signal to your next destination.
Fight against the Enclave
This next destination is the Atlantic offices and once there, you suspect what is going to happen. The place is full of Enclave soldiers and you will have to get rid of them. Then enter and you will see a hole in the ground.
Jump there, go through the door and defuse the traps there. Keep going down and you'll come across the Enclave Colonel. Again, you won't have to ask too many questions, just get it out of the way. Once that's done, search it.
You will then come across a password that you can use on the computer in the next room. This will then allow you to lift the containment of the building. Once it's done, All you have to do is take the elevator nearby.
The quest “Echoes from the Past” will be finished, and you will be able to leave the building to continue your adventures. Be careful though! Let us note that there are still a few enemies waiting for you before you can reach the exit from the Atlantic offices.
New weapons and armor in Enclave colors
In addition to this “Echoes of the Past” quest, you will also be able to get your hands on quite a few new items. On the program, armor, weapons or even new skins for existing weapons. For this, there is not much to do in particular.
Just take the time to loot the enemies you will encounter throughout the quest and you will be able to get your hands on some nuggets that you will then be able to test later in your game. A nice addition, almost 9 years after the game's release.
